When you earn this achievement (Veteran of the Alliance II), you will receive [item=70909] (Allince) or [item=70910] (Horde) in your mailbox. This item is Bind to Account! This being said you can send this to another char. because you have already recieved this mount from the preceding achievement Veteran of the Alliance or from Prideful Combatant where u would most likely use the [item=103533] to buy [item=102514]. There are only these two mounts & now several achievements to help u get them.
Edit: Added in 6.0 was the [item=116777] ([item=116778] for horde) which can also be purchased with the[item=103533]

Since 7.2, this is basically useless as all PVP mounts are account wide now.
As of 8.0 this is finally fixed to give a saddle instead of another horse/wolf!
