If you were hoping to get the achievement faster with alts, In order to get this achievement you must have both glaives on the same person. I got the main hand on one character and the offhand on another and I did not get the feat of strength.

In the in Patch 4.3 introduced 5 player Heroic dungeon Well of Eternity, players team up with Illidan Stormrage, before he became (completely) corrupted.
Players that have a set of Warglaives in their bag while doing this dungeon will have Illidan Stormrage "whisper" them after the first boss is defeated, saying:
"Curious weapons you wield... such power."
"You seem prepared."Obviously referencing his future weapons, as well as a joke for his famous quote "You are not prepared!" which is what he yells before he engages you in The Black Temple, as well as in the Burning Crusade trailer.
