[spell=365311] is a new world quest system in Dragonflight addon. They are additional to regular world quests and exist separately.
To unlock these world quests you need:
- Earn level 6 renown with [faction=2507].
- Unlock the regular world quests (Complete Dragonflight campaign).
- Wait until the emissary of [faction=2507] arrives (relog may help).
- Pick up A Climber's Calling quest and follow the short questline to unlock wq.
- You will earn Which Knot Was It Again? as the questline is completed.
