In case you are wondering. This NPC does not show up in the actual Eastern Plague Lands but in the paladin order hall. Don't waste your time flying to EPL and expect to buy some of his gear!
EDIT: This npc does sorta show up in the actual Eastern Plague Lands, but only if you are a paladin that can open the way to their order hall (still easier to take the portal from Dalaran). If you are another class that wants any of his gear don't fly here! You can get the gear on a paladin character though and then unlock the appearance account wide.
Map coordinates are incorrect for Sanctum of Light location. NPC is at 41.37 60.94 INSIDE the class hall.
