My 2 pet team is somewhat similar to what's been posted before, but here it is:

Darkmoon Zeppelin - Missile/Bombing Run, Decoy
Emerald Proto Whelp - Emerald Bite/Presence/Dream
Leveling pet - can be level 1, won't take damage

Start with the Zep - Bombing Run, then Decoy, 2 Missles+Bombing Run = dead snake

Switch to Proto Whelp on moth - Emerald Presence, use Dream if you get below 50% health, otherwise use Bite until dead. Since Bite does extra damage to flyers, this will go quickly.

When roach comes out, it will cast Apocalypse. Bring in leveling pet, then switch it out for Whelp. Use Emerald Presence, use Dream if below 50%, otherwise Bite. With decent RNG (i.e., attacks missing all the time, crits, etc.), this team beats him 9/10.

1: Anubisath Idol (2,2,1)
2: Carry pet
3: Emerald Proto-Whelp (2,2,2)

vs Pyth
- Stoneskin > Demolish until Pyth dies

vs Spring
- Demolish until your Anubisath Idol dies
- Switch to Carry pet > switch to Emerald Proto Whelp
- Emerald Presence
- From here on, cast Emerald Presence when there is 1-turn left on your buff, Emerald Dream if you have less than half of your HP, Emerald Bite as a filler

vs Clatter
- Cast Emerald Presence when there is 1-turn left on your buff, Emerald Dream if you have less than half of your HP, Emerald Bite as a filler

Don't bother trying to bring a Mechanical for bonus damage against his Beast. [petability=152] does elemental damage, so it will do Strong damage against a Mechanical, so either bring a healing mechanical, or fight this pet with a neutral type. (Flying takes less Beast damage, so [npc=65185] isn't a bad choice because it can be tamed at a higher level (21-22)) Also one should consider [npc=65324] for this fight because of the bonus Mechanical damage it brings with [petability=204].

Spring is dispatched easily by any magic dealing pet (I used [npc=62994] because it has [petability=525] (although it took quite a lot of punishing from Flying moves being strong against Aquatic). [npc=62888] is the highest level capturable Magic pet that I could find to use, but I chose Emerald Turtle over it simply because I could tame one at a higher level and spend less time leveling it.
