Tattukiaka

Tattukiaka is located in Iskaara, the main city for the tuskarr, and is a vendor for 2 mounts. [item=198873] & [item=198871]

To purchase the [item=198873] you'll need to bring 3 dungeon rings. These rings can be from any difficulty, at any ilevel and it doesn't matter if they have procced a socket or speed etc. They can also be from different difficulties, say for an example, one from normal, one from hc and one from mythic. You can also farm them while leveling in normal, since the ilvl doesn't matter.

The Rings required are:

[item=193633] from [npc=186644] (1st boss) in [zone=13954]
[item=193708] from [npc=194181] (1st boss) in [zone=14032] & can be chosen as a quest reward from The Algeth'ar Academy

To purchase [item=198871] you'll need to bring 2 raid necklaces. Same rules apply, any difficulty, any ilvl.

The Necks required are:
