Only once a day you made Kill each one! But If one has many alts like I do . you can kill them again in same day on day on ur alts

Is the drop for this thing seasonal? I've been farming this guy for the drop, at least 100 kills and never seen it yet. It's the last one I need for the achievement.

As I do with World Events... After farming this rare for 2 weeks, I can confirm that the respawn time is 5-7 minutes. The drop rate is pretty low for the toy as I have killed him on multiple toons (10) in 1 day and get nothing. Recently, probably due to the Winter Veil, this and the other 2 rares in this area that drop the toy have been heavily farmed. I always invite whoever is there so that we can all get a hit and a chance for the toy to drop. Happy Farming!
