The techniques for [item=127717] and [item=127735] can be bought and learned via the [url=http://www.wowhead.com/npc=91031]herb[/url] [url=http://www.wowhead.com/npc=91404]trader[/url] in a tier 3 garrison by a character with the inscription skill.

The random enchantment can be re-randomized via a [item=113289].

Upgraded ilvls via [currency=1191] during any stage will be retained even after crafting to a higher stage.

Looking at the mats, isn't this just a piece of wood painted 100 times?

Does anyone know how to add the upgrades to a crafted weapon?

Materials that takes almost a week to gather and then it is a random enchantment, thumbs down for that. Imagine if I would get [b].. of the Aurora[/b] for my Guardian Druid, yuck!

If you have inscription you could make this in one day. 11 days to upgrade it to an epic

Yes it is possible. Primal Spirits traded for War Paints. Of course, it could always go back to the old method of getting gear, and crafted stuff is garbage compared to even entry-level raid gear...

In case you're aiming to craft the 670ilvl weapon here's a breakdown of the materials you're going to need: 100 war paints 150 war paints 30 sorcerous water 15 savage blood 200 war paints 40 sorcerous earth 15 savage blood 200 war paints 40 sorcerous air 30 savage blood Total: 650 wp 30water 40earth 40air 60sb To create 650 war paints you will need about 1.3k celurean pigments. To create these celurean pigments you will need about 2.6k herbs (= 13 stacks of 200 herbs each) of any kind. You can create the celurean pigments yourself even if you are not an inscriptor by using a mortar. You can buy the mortar off AH or have someone craft it for you. To turn the pigments into war paints you will need an inscriptor though. As a final note if you want to upgrade your weapon to 670 ilvl (with Powerful Weapon Crystal) there's some luck involved in the sense that the you need to find a crafter that actually knows the recipe for the crystal. The recipe is given by randomly spawning npc. I think the trader spawns in only one garrison per day for an entire server. So yeah ...

At stage 3, this looks more like a 2 handed axe. So all you monks and druids, you can have a 2 handed axe.... almost. ;) Still all in all a beautiful weapon none the less.

For transmogrifying purposes only, you only need to upgrade WoD profession gear to the 3rd stage to unlock all appearances. You can save your Felblight for something else.
