To avoid other questions: * This spell has no cooldown * The cast time of this spell is 5 seconds * The range is 0 yards (you can only cast it on yourself or someone else in trade). * This enchant does not stack with any other enchants. * This is +100 health on chest. * Requires 275 enchanting to cast - you don't need to have 275 enchanting to buy it on your chest. * The reagents are: 1) 6x Illusion dust http://www.wowhead.com/?item=16204 2) 1x Small brilliant shard http://www.wowhead.com/?item=14343 Which aint too expensive.

Apparently you have to leave the other limited stock items alone to get this. Spent an hour buying out JC one and haven't seen any other spawn. But after I stopped doing that, I've saw boots spawn and in a while, enchanting formula appeared.

For those looking for the Runecloth Bag pattern (or one of the other two recipes), it shares a vendor 'slot' with the "Enchant Chest - Major Health" recipe, and the "Frostsaber Boots" pattern, so only one of these three recipes will be available at any given time. It cycles through these continuously, at around what seems like 1.5 hours to make a complete cycle. If the pattern you want isn't there when you first check, just hang around in Winterspring for awhile and put on a movie while you wait, check every 20 minutes or so and it'll show up! Copied from the vendors comment in case any one forgot to check there like I did before I ran there to get my +100 hp recipe :)

It does not have any specific cool down time, I have bought 2 formulas in like 20 min or less, but then again i didn't found third one in next 2 hours. So i think it doesn't have any specific cycle of spawning just pure luck.

It took quite a while to get this formula. From what I was able to determine this vendor has room for 2 "limited" spawn items. The first limited slot is the first slot on the first page. The second limited slot is the last slot on the last page. The "Design: Necklace of the Diamond Tower" spawned approximately every 5 minutes while the "Pattern: Frostsaber Boots" spawned approximately every 20 minutes.

Both slots can contain either the fast spawning item or the slow spawning item. I purchased the design each time it was up and it respawned in the first slot. One time the slow spawning item popped in the first slot and the fast spawning item showed up on the last page every 5 minutes or so.

I ended up getting this formula by leaving the fast spawning design alone and buying out the long spawning pattern each time it was up. The design was still on the first page once this formula finally popped on the last page.

Each of these four recipes are limited, meaning that they have specific spawn timers. If the specific recipe you're looking for doesn't appear right away, you might have to wait it out for a while (so far from what I've been able to tell, the Necklace of the Diamond Tower has the fastest cool-down, followed by Pattern: Runecloth Bag. The last two patterns are similar). As mentioned by Agentx96, this process could take (in excess) of 30-45 mins.

Went to Winterspring at night (it was 4:00) saw there pattern and design , but no recepie , i bought "Design: Necklace of the Diamond Tower" and "Pattern: Frostsaber Boots" twice and in 10 minutes the recepie spawned :) good luck getting it

Direbruin+5via Wowhead (opens the original comment in a new tab)

Just purchased the Enchant and saw the Frostsaber Boots pattern and the Design all at the same time. So more than two can be there at any given time. The Design was in the first slot of the front page and the Pattern and Enchant were in the last two slots of the last page.
Vizard on 04/28/2007 (Patch 2.0.12 Is the highest Health Chest enchant available for twinks, since the next one have the 35+ level requirement
You must mean level 19 twinks - there are plenty of 35 equivalent armor for 29 twinks

This can be applied to a low level non-binding chest piece and given to a low level character or alt. The health far outweighs the loss in armor especially on casters, making it quite handy while leveling up. Then when you have finally out grown it, the chest piece can be stored and used for another character later.

More than a little irritated that the new level requirements aren't indicated on the tooltips of the recipes or scrolls. GG Bliz. I guess we're supposed to check the wowhead comments on all our enchants now, so we don't end up wasting anymore gold.

Confirmed: Bought the recipe from Qia in Everlook, Winterspring for 1g, 60 silver. I waited about 30-45 minutes for the recipe to spawn because I think someone had bought it right before I got there. The recipe is on page 4 so if you only see 3 pages, it's not there yet. Another recipe http://www.wowhead.com/?spell=19066 spawned there before the +100 health one did so I bought that one out also. Just be patient, it will eventually show up. I confirmed on one of my alts that this DOES work on toons lower than level 30 again.

Gambolputty+21via Wowhead (opens the original comment in a new tab)

You don't need to buy out the faster spawning recipes when you want to buy this one. She had ALL the limited spawn items when I got there today, four in total. On the first page she had the design for the Necklace of the Diamond Tower, and on the last page she had this formula and the patterns for Frostsaber Boots and Runecloth Bags.

Essacia+3via Wowhead (opens the original comment in a new tab)

She's located at 61, 37. As previously stated, you don't have to buy any of the other formulas or patterns to get this one to spawn. If it's not there, it's probably because someone recently bought it... so, it appears, it's just a matter of waiting for it to pop.

This post is just to clarify everything that is said in this threat:

Qia is the vendor for this (Formula: Enchant Chest - Major Health) along with three other recipes for Jewelcrafters (Design: Necklace of the Diamond Tower), Leatherworkers (Pattern: Frostsaber Boots) and Tailors (Pattern: Runecloth Bag).

NOTE: It is not necessary (nor does it actually work) to buy out the other limited patterns to decrease any other cooldown timers. Also, the limited patterns don't have a specific spot on the NPC's pages. However, they will either spawn on the first or last page.

Finally, the pattern in question is applicable to any-and-all BOA items, as it does not breach the level restriction.

(Thanks to: Vizard, Jaql, Agentx96, Gambolputty & Essacia from this thread.)

Disagree on the part of it not working by purchasing the other recipes. I was able to duplicate an earlier post (read above) to get it to spawn. Not saying it is on a shared or specific timers, but more to the point if the others are gone it increases the chance of getting it to spawn. I got it to spawn twice in an hour time frame checking the vendor every 10 minutes and purchasing the other rare recipes.

1230513+1via Wowhead (opens the original comment in a new tab)

The limited patterns do appear to have a fixed spot on the vendor pages (the last slot(s)). I've never camped recipes before. After I learned that the Necklace pattern had a 5 minute respawn timer, I wanted to test whether respawning patterns would automatically show up leaving the page open. Too bad you actually have to close and reopen the page to refresh its contents.

I found this to be the best enchant to finish levelling my alt's enchanting to 300+, as I was able to disenchant unneeded items from the Satchel of Helpful Goods from running random dungeons into Small Brilliant Shards every time. And possibly because other people were doing the same, Small Brilliant Shards were far cheaper than any other enchanting material of similar level on the AH.

Travelled a long time to get this, since i dont have the FP. To my fortune she already had the formula at the last page, but when nothing happened when i tried to buy it, i decided to re-click the npc and the formula were gone -.- Am i lucky or what? Wonder how long the waiting time is..

lgencouch-3via Wowhead (opens the original comment in a new tab)

I did better buying the patterns i didn't need till i got this one, i think it is on a cycle, 3 rounds of buying patterns about 30 mins apart gave me this one, compared to not buying anything and her selection not changing at all after 2 hours.

886623+0via Wowhead (opens the original comment in a new tab)

I camped this for 3 hours and nothing, same limited recipes were always showing (clicking on vendor to check for recipe every 5 min or so). Tried this approach and got it under 30 minutes, I only purchased a total of 3 (2 JC 1 LW) before it spawned. Just to see if this would work again I logged in 3 times in 10 minute intervales of purchasing this recipe and purchased the other limited spawns (2 JC, 1 LW, 1 Tailoring recipe). It appeared again after my 3rd check at approximately 30 minutes after I purchased it the first time. Good find and I could duplicate it. (patch 5.0.5, 22 Sept 2012)
