Goes well with [transmog-set=2248] set.
So far, the best place I've figured to farm this out if you aren't inclined to shell out the 100k+ it is on US-Dalaran right now, and presumably else-where, is bouncing between the Hexthralled Halbediers and Falconers, and then up over the mountain to the Awakened Dead. I'd hope to find a better farm, but I've been awake too long.
Neutral beavers are better than hostile beavers, but nowhere near as preferable as friendly beavers.
Even more so with [transmog-set=2249], I'd say.
Been trying to get this to drop for awhile. I think it would look great on my Mag'har Orc with their heritage armor.
I mailed this to my level 47 toon and the tooltip changed to say "requires level 47" but then I try to equip it and it says "You must reach level 50 to use that item."

just had mine drop off some naga in the cave where Prince Wiggletail is in Nazjatar.
Just got mine. Came out at ilevel 355. Upgrade? Looks sweet.

Dropped for me in Nazjatar outside the Drowned Market. I didn't need it, and didn't care about the look for morphing. I listed it for 15000 thinking it would sit forever and it sold in 48 hours. Perhaps it's worth more than that.
