This is the introductory pickaxe for the Dragonflight expansion, its upgrade is the [item=191223].

The Draconium variant is easily bought on the Auction House, whereas the upgraded Khaz'gorite variant will require a work order with a blacksmith who had obtained [item=194496] early on in Dragonflight, or (later on) has specialized into Blacksmithing to automatically grant the ability to craft the upgraded variant.
