Formula: Illusion: Primal Earth

It looks like these formulas will drop from elemental "invasions" that will be starting at a later date. I haven't been able to find a planned date, but there are achievements related to said invasions already. Rumor is that the invasions will be going live with the raid.

so where does this one drop from? from the other invasions it's the dragon but I haven't seen this one drop at all in any raid i have been

Apparently, all illusion formulas drop from the big dragon bosses at the Primal Storms event (Bouldron for Earth, Crystalus for Water, Infernum for Fire and Karantun for Air). I've been farming the Earth one for almost a whole week now (it can drop for non-enchanters and they can trade it to others in their group!) - but I haven't seen it drop [i]once[/i], while the other formulas have dropped for ~2-3 people per raid group on other bosses. So I would assume it's currently bugged. :(

Probably bugged. 0 on whole EU AH. All other illusions are up on AH. Blizzard forgot to add it as drop.

It says bind on pickup, so how can it end up at AH?

They fixed this long ago. So it no longer BoP.

One rare spawn at the very start of an event popping, and then seem to be randomly every 30-50 minutes or so after that. This is the type of Storm event needed for each of the rares to spawn:

Elemental Air (Thunderstorm) After a hotfix they all drop [item=200911] [npc=193684] [npc=193674] [npc=193653] [npc=193647]

Elemental Earth (Sandstorm) After a hotfix they all drop [item=200912] [npc=193652] [npc=193680] [npc=193644] [npc=193654]

Elemental Fire (Firestorm) After a hotfix they all drop [item=200913] [npc=193686] [npc=193675] [npc=193650] [npc=193648]

Elemental Water (Snowstorm) After a hotfix they all drop [item=200914] [npc=193655] [npc=193682] [npc=193679] [npc=193645]

Sorry if its a stupid question but what do you mean by the other bosses you've listed that seemingly don't drop the forumlas? The order of the spawns?

Not order of spawns, but just other rares that can spawn in that element's storms. It's (seemingly) random which spawns out of the 4.

The worst part is any boss that was defeated in the same storm can spawn. I got two Voraazka spawns one after the other.

Still bugged. Not a single formula or enchant on the auction house for any server. Nevermind, looks like it got added to the drop table on 1/10/23.

I'd like to confirm Gravlion drops this recipe. I just got it from an earth invasion in azure span.

Just dropped for me off a rare in brackenhide during earth storm i think on a non enchanting character. Dont remember the rares name but it was up on the plateau where the bear rare spawns.

Today it actually dropped for me a seond time lol from Grizzlerock on another alt they must have increased the drop chance on this one by a lot.

Another rare. This is VERY interesting. Perhaps they have hotfixed so the illusions now drop of all the rares. Will keep an eye on this.

i saw 2 Frost ones drop from the Trio today... so hopefully!

I just saw it drop from Bouldron aswell. Its now confirmed dropping from 3 of the 4 Earth Elemental Storm rares after hotfix.

Got the earth one today from Grizzlerock. Goes for 65k on our EU server.
