Yet another non-enchanter looting it from T8 Underkeep.
I regularly a minimum of 40 T11 every week and have since season 2. No drops ever.
Has anyone found this yet? I keep checking back in comments and obvs there are none. Been farming delves' heavy trunks and nothing yet.
As stated in the tooltip on wowhead, this enchant falls under the Nerubin Novelties enchants knowledge tree in terms of skill benefits.

I see plenty of comments saying that it was looted by a non-enchanter. Has anyone looted it who IS an enchanter? I've finished the Delver's Journey for both seasons, Brann is level 70 and I run at least 4 tier 11 delves every week ...but, I've never seen this drop.
