This is actually pretty decent for a DW shammy to OH for PvE healing. Just slap on a [url=http://www.wowhead.com/?spell=34010]+81 Healing[/url] or [url=http://www.wowhead.com/?spell=27968]+30 Intel[/url] enchant and you're good to go

This is the ideal off-hand for lowbie enhancement dual Earthliving Weapon heals, and super easy to obtain. Perfect for pug healing instances. At this level range, your +heals as dual-wielding enhance will be higher than as pure Resto. Sure, net heals aren't as great as Resto, but your 4 DK's in your group will be OP for the content anyway.

obviously, this weapon has no spell power so actually, this is a pretty horrible weapon even for dual weild enhance shaman, because enhance shaman get spell power from even attack power so a melee weapon would net more spell+ then this weapon.
