Interesting thing i found out about this pattern, there are TWO. They are the same item, they create the same item with the same item ID, but both patterns have different item ID's. [item=24206] is the other one, and that link will take you to a different page :) try it! I found this out looking on undermine and was curious why there were 2 separate patterns with the same name. Of course i remembered that they did a lot of stat changing back then and that was probably the culprit after maybe armor pen was removed or something, but I thought it was really cool. I scooped the other one up just for fun, and thought I would share that little trivial piece of information I discovered. I'm crazy but i love little gems like this. The real fun thing is this one still drops in game but the other one that the link is to does not.

For me it dropped from a Talbuk Thorngrazer in Nagrand. It isn't listed under "dropped by", but definitely possible.

Dropped for me while farming water elementals in nagrand , sold on first attempt for 165g,
Dropped for me in heroic Sethek Halls of some trash.
This Design still drops, my JC got hers from demon trash in [zone=4075] while farming the Sunwell BoP designs.
