I ran the Mana-Tombs on my level 70 arcane mage, full clears. On my 11-12 run I had the blade drop from the trash in the room of the first boss. If you kill the boss without touching the mobs first, then they all run to you and it is easier to loot them once you AoE them down. I did take a break after doing it 5 times, then returned after a meal to continue. The drop rate is low, a 0.06% to 0.04% is like 1 in 2000 so I thought I would be here for a few days, thanks RNG gods for being nice to me! :)
