Great Pre-Karazhan Healing Mace. Comparable Green BoE Maces: Lordly Scepter http://www.wowhead.com/?item=25322 Divine Hammer http://www.wowhead.com/?item=25321 If you have yet to get the following two maces this is a decent stand in while you farm them or start off in kara against Maiden or Prince. This Mace offers a 48 Less Healing and 3mp5 but with a cheap 30Int Enchant the two maces below become only small upgrades before raid bosses and heroics. Am I the only one to find its item level rather... high? I don't see how this can be ilvl 120, and the Shard of the Virtuous is ilvl 115.

And MrHumpty, you forgot the BoE Essence Focuser, probably the best pre-Kara 1H healing weapon, other than the rep or PvP rewards.
