Got this and a Lost Sunwell Splitter today in a Patient Treasure chest. Was fishing in Eversong Woods while waiting for a rare to spawn and the message "A treasure chest has spawned for Stariane!" popped up.

Dropped for me while fishing in Vicious Void pool in Harandar, my fishing skill was 75.

I obtained one while fishing from an [i][url=https://www.wowhead.com/npc=240236/oceanic-vortex]Oceanic Vortex[/url][/i] in [b]Voidstorm[/b]. (2:13am CST @ tomtom coords 60.56 70.7)

Fished up from simple water in Zul Aman @ 11:01pm PST. 180 Midnight Fishing. Looted from a "Patient Chest"

EDIT: If it affects the loot pool from the chest, I was on a Paladin at the time

Chest dropped fishing a pool in Eversong Woods at 32, 51.

Caught this at coordinates 50.21, 25.34 in Voidstorm (Voidscar Arena). I had 109 Fishing Skill.
