Obtained this by fishing in the pond in The Bazaar in Silvermoon City. 172 skill at the time of catch.

After some research i found out that it can be fixed with chosing which item you want to transmog. Chosing [item=268365] instead of this corrects the upside down look
Obtained fishing (skill 180) in the pool in the Den in Harandar. I received the Rare and Epic (Sanctum Magister's) versions both at the same time. Slight variance in the colors for Epic, it becomes more golden and less bronze looking.
Must have a low spawn rate, been fishing for 4 hours. After 18 hours it spawned at the Silvermoon pool.
Bazaar worked for me too. Got the blue and purple version at the same time.
It bothers me soo much! Will they fix it? Theres a couple staves i've seen they never fixed.
Just want to thank erothegreat and confirm their comment, [item=268365] looks identical to this item but sheaths properly and is not very expensive on the AH. If you're looking to transmog this appearance, use that item instead!
