Is it just WHILE you're using the decor piece, or does it give you a copy of the buff with a duration? I am still farming mats to make this but if it's literally just WHILE you're using the decor piece, maybe I'll just skip it. :/

When you click the item in your home, you get the illusory item (like an enchant scroll) in your inventory that you can then apply to your shoulders like any other enchant. It's not just while you're using the decor piece. Using the decor piece gives you the item you can use. It's conjured, though, so it'll disappear like other conjured items (healthstones, mage food, etc.) but you just click the item in your home to get a new one.
