It seems to me like this is a really bad item. How come people agree to pay so much for it ? Is there something I'm missing here ?
Its a part of the Ogre RP set, as you can understand, the Gordunni Brute ogres are wearing that item. Cmobine this and the http://www.wowhead.com/?item=23716(Carved Ogre Idol) that makes you look like a big red ogre, and you can Role Play yourself an ogre.
This dropped off a Cursed Ooze in Felwood after 39 kills. Good luck!
