Proc increases melee and ranged haste rating increased by 480 for 6 seconds, with what appears to be a 45 second internal cooldown (cd unconfirmed).

Mystical Skyflare Diamond has not yet appeared in Wrath.

This juts droped earlier today for me off a King Cobra in Sholozar basin

The "[url=http://www.wowhead.com/?spell=55380]Chance to Increase Melee/Ranged Attack Speed[/url]" shows a 100% chance to proc. That can't be correct (my guess is lack of data since the gem is so new. Does anybody have an idea of the proc rate or internal cooldown on this?

It does have a 100% proc rate, But it also has an internal cooldown which means that it wont proc every time you hit something. I've heard both 45 and 60 seconds cooldown.

Mine was first server drop atleast for Horde Ill try to get in touch with the person i sold it to and see the proc rate

wow at first i was gonna sell it for like 10g XD

These designs seem to be pretty rare since Cata. I am checking AH now for more than a year for recipes I do not know yet. And only now I found one. But the reason for this comment: The sell price listed on wowhead is wrong. It is not 8 gold but only 3 gold.

Just looted this. 8 gold vend price.

Got this today out of a Sturdy Treasure Chest in Storm Peaks while killing the Stormforged Champions to get the Defender's Twilight Opal recipe. Nice bonus find !
