If you're going for a Kirin Tor outfit, [spell=20032] works particularly well with this staff as it gives the purple tip a nice purple glow. Ultimately you'll want [item=34182] as that exact model is used by many Kirin Tor NPCs including the Six, but Dalaran Stave with Lifestealing works well in the meantime.
