I happened to receive this on the ptr and would like to report that it has a periodic visual effect at the end of the cane. The effect is similar to the shine effect a sharpening stone has on a weapon.

I wish it would be weapon-less category, so that every banks can use it :(

If you're wondering where you've seen this before, the diamond sparkle is the same effect as the treasures scattered around Rainspeaker Canopy, just outside the oracle quest hub in Sholazar. Yes, it does not take enchant glows, just wasted 120g on enchanting it, and yet all you see is the sparkle on the end, a shame in a way, but just to warn others....DO NOT ENCHANT, IT WILL NOT TAKE GLOW

As Ginby said earlier, as of patch 3.11 it is no longer classed as a staff. Infact it even though it says "Two-Hand" on the item it is now technically a 1-hand misc. item. I have not yet tested if it is possible to duel wield this "staff", but I do know: No 2Hand enchants will work on this item. Only 1Hand weapon enchants can be applied. (A little disapointing as I was considering it for a lvl 1 rogue with +25 agil) Unless bliz. feels like changing it again in a later patch...

For real bank alt pimpage, this just means that you can go nuts with enchanting without having to worry about a distracting glow. Just like with all your other gear. I'm thinking Crusader, or perhaps Unholy...

Ysondre is always inflated, lol. Small server ftl... On Twisting Nether these were 100-200g+ the first day, but I snatched one up for 7g today, and there was many other for below 10 or 15g. I got the Pimp Hat on the first day, I paid 20g for it which I felt was a steal for it's sheer awesomeness and that I was the first bank alt to don it around SW and Ironforge. You know I strutted in a walk back and forth from the AH and Bank all day. :D Unfortunately, I must don the Lovely Black Dress with this until I can nab some tuxedos from Noblegarden... Hurry up Sunday! Monocles, I purchased mine for maybe 75g, as a bid. The cufflinks and monocles are about 50-100 on average. Goggles are about 300-400, and Lovely Black Dresses are a mere 20g usually. Tuxedos range from 10-20g per part, and dress shoes an average of 15-17g. I think the 7g is justified... I sure was elated to get them for this price! However, I think that these must be an incredibly common drop from the fishing, as there is currently six more of them up. I kind of hope the price balances out about 50g.

The shoulders and hat don't match the tuxedo. It's more of a greenish color. What you really need is the green Brewfest hat. It matches perfectly.
