Note that this is BoE, so it's probably a trash drop. The 2.1 speed amazes me though, only SMF fury warrs and frost DKs will want this and it's probably hardly better than an ilvl 346 (heroic blue) 2.6 weapon, unless I'm missing smth wich makes it profitable to wear a faster weapon.

edit: The [url=http://ptr.wowhead.com/item=69618]zulian slasher[/url] wich is also a Str 1H only desirable for SMF warrs and frost DKs also has 2.1 speed and on top of that there don't seem to be any Str 1Hs with 2.6 speed.

Just saw it on the PTR and it actually does have 2.6 speed on the PTR. Meaning this will be a great weapon for your alts or newly dinged main SMF warrior/DK.

must have high drop rate? already 10 of the on my server.

I'm expecting it to be worth 3k by the end of the day, prices are dropping fast and none of them are selling on AH.

I saw about five of these drop in a single run. Not sure if this is common, but another group from my guild got two. I don't think they're going to be exactly a hard-to-get item, but definitely worth an upgrade for certain people.

Bought this at 84 for my tanking paladin for 2000g. An insane upgrade from my blue Deepholm reward! Gonna reforge haste and put a Mending enchant on it :)

That could not possibly be more incorrect. There are exactly 10 weapons that have the correct itemization for 1h wep tanks that are in the 333-346 range. It is extremely difficult to regularly run heroics and not stumble across a weapon with the correct itemization for a tank very quickly, not to mention that questing in the Twilight Highlands results in a very easy to get 333 tanking mace. A simple Wowhead search for 1-handed weapons between 333-346 with strength > 0 and having haste and crit both = 0 yields the following -- http://www.wowhead.com/items=2?filter=ty=0:4:7;minle=333;maxle=3

Any blue tanking weapon would be better than this.

IMHO, this is a decent upgrade for tanking. There are VERY few tanking blues available at around the i333/346 level....in fact there are very few tanking specific weapons full stop. Mace of Transformed Bone & the Elementium Fang sword are about the only ones I could find with prot stats on. This is a BoE drop too so for someone looking to gear up for heroics...why not. Bit of reforging adds some Mastery. It's also got hit on it which is what I find I'm struggling with atm.

I keep getting the error "You cannot mail items with a limited duration" when trying to mail these. Anyone else getting this error?

Yeah mate, I had the same error, does this mean that if I wait I should be able to post them to another character? Hopefully I haven't wasted my gold :(

Ok, not sure what happened this past update but i dual carry this on my frosty dk. They didn't show as being the assigned weapon in eqpt manager. Wonder if WoW made changes to them?

I greed won this a few days ago. Proceeded to put it in the AH, successfully. It did not sell, so when I received it from my mailbox its durability was -5 and it was soulbound. wtf? This was actually the second time with this item it went soulbound, the first time i greed won it, it immediately went soulbound...

A similar thing happened to me. It's now soulbound to a level 2 bank alt even though I won it on a greed roll. (EDIT: Wrote a ticket, and GM fixed it.)

There was a glitch back in Cata temporarily with items becoming bound to you. A gm fixes it every time.

For the purpose of Transmogrification, this weapon DOES show Power Torrent when you apply it to a weapon that has it.

To my knowledge, all weapons show their enchant effects even when mogged.

weapons with a glow do not show enchants

pretty sexy weapon, bought for 800g as soon as my frost DK dinged 85. which is weird because blue 346 boe weapons were going for 2k-5k

im guessing it is a low pop server the AH is very crappy compared to my other realms

Still one of my favorite models in-game. Despite being a vanilla weapon (or being based off the model of one), it looks fantastic.
