you can also use Ghost iron ore instead of black and white trillium ore for the living steel. you can talk to a transmute master and it is most often cheaper, even if ghost iron ore is more on the AH, it will be less because of transmute procs. therefore, 12 living steel is (6X20)X12=1440 or 72 stacks. realistically, it will only be about 60 stacks.

Each fully upgraded 502 weapon takes 18 Spirit of Harmony, and 12 Living Steel from scratch. If you can get the Living Steel transmuted for you, that's great, but it's not a safe assumption to make in the mats. It can be bought and sold freely on the AH, it is its own material and its price will be kept in check by the market.

Once again blizz makes the one-handed-agility craftable epic weapon a SWORD, which (as in every expansion) screws over the Enhancement Shamans who can not use swords. This is truly ridiculous... blizz refuses to allow Enha to use swords - and then they only make agility one-handed swords!

They are not making anything new. This weapon (and the other craftable weapons from 5.2) is the reborn version of their TBC counterparts, which recipes were lost when Blizzard removed profession specializations. This weapon's past self, http://es.wowhead.com/item=28427, already was an agi sword.

It has been alleged that this series of Weapons are eligible for having a Prismatic Gem socket attached to them; is anyone able to corroborate this, given that it's pointless with Warlords due to be released in a few weeks time...?

I'm about to create this epic weapon. It's only matter of days, but i'm not sure, should i sell it or transmog onto my weapon...

Each subsequent version requires the previous version as a reagent. These items can only be crafted in the Thunder Forge on the [zone=6507].

You could also sell the [url=http://www.wowhead.com/item=72104/living-steel]Living Steel[/url] bars for about 2k a piece. Nonetheless a great looking weapon and worth making if you want it for tmog.
