Plans: Adamantite Cleaver

This is the cheapest way to level BS after 335.

at 355 BS this is the best way for me to lvl it, even though its green lvl now. The reason is that it vendors for over 8G and the price of the average adamantite bar is 1G. So if you get a decent price, you can level up without costing yourself anymoney, or very little

Adamantite ore is now 2 to 1 so you can't just make these and break even. It is still a good way to level BS

Prices have inflated quite a bit since WotLK... Adamantite Bars go for 6g per bar now on my server... Doesn't really change anything - this is still the best way to level Blacksmithing from 330 to 350, when it goes green. After that you can go use Cobalt recipes from Northrend to continue. Since it vendors for 8 g every axe crafted means a loss of 40g... Worth it? You decide - but I don't think there's a cheaper way to reach 350 in BS these days.

Bought this pattern just for mt shammy. I know, its crazy, but after so many years of playing this game, you have to find a reason/option to have fun, and dammit, 2h Shammy is a blast!

I would strongly suggest leveling with Adamantite Maul instead. It requires the same materials; however, it wasn't made useless with the hunter weapon changes.

The Maul becomes green at 345, so it's not really an alternative.

This recipe is bought from [url=http://www.wowhead.com/npc=19662]Aaron Hollman[/url], along with Adamantite: Dagger, Rapier and Maul recipes. It's sold in quantities, but the respawn timer seems to be ~5 minutes. So if it's not there, just wait a while.

Yeah, it seems to be a really short respawn timer. Just bought all four plans from him a minute ago and already the maul and dagger plans have respawned in his inventory.
