Received when looting a [url=http://www.wowhead.com/item=89991]Pandaria Fireworks[/url] along with a handful of fireworks, crafted from 3 [url=http://www.wowhead.com/item=77468]High-Explosive Gunpowder[/url] which in turn is crafted from [url=http://www.wowhead.com/item=72096]Ghost Iron Ore[/url]. There are a total of 5 different schematics looted from the fireworks. The craft has no cooldown so you're free to craft as many as you'd like, until you have all the schematics. All the schematics have a very high chance to drop when opening one of these things so you'll probably get them fairly quickly. The schematics are not bind on pickup so you're free to sell them on the auction house. However, it seems as if you can only loot the schematic from the fireworks before you've learned it. So once you've learned the corresponding firework you will be unable to loot that schematic from the Pandaria Fireworks again.

I learned 4 of the 5 very quickly, but it took me a total of 14 tries to get all 5. The one that took me till the 14th try was the Serpent's Heart schematic.
