Started farming for this the other night to Mog with my monk alt's [item-set=-1034]. I'm sure others have had better luck elsewhere, but I ended up getting two of these in about an hour and a half of farming [npc=81138] in Spires of Arak. In my session at this spot (just outside of Pinchwhistle Gearworks), I ended with 48 uncommon drops, 7 rare drops, and 583g worth of vendor trash.
