Dropped for my druid on Dread Chain with Kvaldir, and saurok as the randomized P3 spawns. Only rare names I remember were Gashasz and Gekkaz Moss-Scaled, killed a handful more. Also completed 2 random quest events (Spooner the Scalawag and another I forgot) and a bunch of ice elementals/stealthed cats/wolves. This is a bunch of information but hopefully this narrows down the search for those farming it.

Did you happen to kill a non-elite Kobold by the name of Stinkboot? I just got this weapon and I know for a fact he was on the island, and we killed him. His name seems too close for it not to be related. Wasn't the Dread Chain island either...hmm. I cannot recall if we killed any Saurok, but I know I have definitely seem some this week so it is possible.

Not seeing anyone mention it here, but I killed a *closely* named monster in the expedition in which I got this.

Lends some credit to the idea of targeted killing for drops....?
I am not certain if I killed any Saurok that expedition, but I don't think I did... Granted, they ARE appearing on islands in my current week.

Lots of whites were given transmogrification with this patch, but none of the fish, and [item=19808] still cannot be used. So the only fish options are still this and the [item=6360] (which uses a different model).
