Overview

Adventure Guide says

  • A Mythic Keystone is a special item used to begin a Mythic Keystone Dungeon.
  • Each Keystone is attuned to a specific dungeon and has a Mythic Level.
  • The Mythic Level of a Keystone determines dungeon difficulty and which affixes are active.
  • A character can only have one Keystone at a time.
  • Completing a Mythic dungeon grants a Mythic Keystone.
  • Completing another player's Mythic Keystone dungeon grants a Mythic Keystone at the end of the dungeon.
  • After the weekly reset, opening the Great Vault grants a Mythic Keystone if a Mythic Keystone dungeon was completed in the prior week.
  • Failing to complete the dungeon within the time limit lowers that Keystone's Mythic Level by 1.
  • Resetting the dungeon instance after the Keystone has been used lowers that Keystone's Mythic Level by 1.
  • Lindormi in major cities can lower a Keystone by 1 Mythic Level on request.
  • Enter the dungeon the Mythic Keystone is attuned to on Mythic difficulty.
  • At the entrance, insert the Mythic Keystone into the Font of Power and activate it to start the dungeon.
  • When a Mythic Keystone dungeon is completed within the time limit, Lindormi can exchange a character's Keystone for one attuned to a different dungeon. To be eligible for exchange, the completed dungeon's Mythic Level must be equal to or higher than the Keystone being exchanged.
  • All bosses must be defeated.
  • The enemy forces requirement must be met by defeating non-boss enemies.
  • Completing a Mythic Keystone dungeon within the time limit upgrades that Keystone's Mythic Level.
  • If less than 20% of the timer remains, the Keystone upgrades by 1 Mythic Level.
  • If 20% to 40% of the timer remains, the Keystone upgrades by 2 Mythic Levels.
  • If more than 40% of the timer remains, the Keystone upgrades by 3 Mythic Levels.
  • Starting at Mythic Level 12, completing all current season Keystone dungeons within the time limit sets a character's Resilient Level to that Mythic Level for the rest of the season.
  • If all current season Keystone dungeons are later completed within the time limit at a higher Mythic Level, the character's Resilient Level increases to that higher level.
  • A Resilient Keystone does not drop below its Resilient Level when a dungeon is not completed within the time limit. A Keystone's Mythic Level can still be lowered by speaking to Lindormi.
