As of today, sept 9th 2014, your best chance to get one of these for transmog purposes is still the auction house. If it is too expensive there or simply not available, look up the [url=http://www.wowhead.com/item=13182][b]Phase Blade[/b][/url] and how to acquire one from the comments.
