Huge Thorium Battleaxe

Takes about 12g worth of mats on Kul Tiras to smith. Contact Omodinn on alliance side if interested. Besides being a fairly decent two handed axe its also used in one of the craftsman writ quests for the argent dawn.

These are only really available by commission as they can't fetch a high enough price on the AH for the crafter to break even, and there are far easier ways for blacksmiths to skill up.

Such a shame that this model is so rare! The red version is only used for two weapons, neither of which is very popular ([url=http://www.wowhead.com/?item=18538]Treant's Bane[/url] and [url=http://www.wowhead.com/?item=29137]Hellscream's Will[/url]); this almost unheard-of weapon is the only one that uses the neutral coloring, and the Highly Awesome blue one is only used by [url=http://www.wowhead.com/?npc=14911]this[/url] lucky NPC :(

It really bothers me that this is the weapon with the third biggest amount of Expertise on... in the entire game. A level 51 green Bind on Equip axe. Sigh...

This is great way to skill enchanting 280-300 if you have BS friend/alt. Pretty much the only reliable way to get Eternal essences (I know it drops from many weapons, but this one is not random drop or one-time quest reward, thus reliable).

I find enchanted thorium blades are a better way to skill enchanting cheap - depending on the price of dream dust / enchanted thorium bars of course, but usually a lot cheaper due to the 6x rugged leather.
