Where is the location of the shadowflame incantation table?

you have to look for those large stone block like benches from which you can loot quest items, the different shadowflame crafting tables are located close to them. for me it was on 73.23, 72.43

It's the table with the two purple/red glowing orbs on it, right of the chest the secured shipment

The one in The Azure Span when the Fyrakk assault is there is located at 55, 30

Does it stack?

Doesn't seem to stack. I have two daggers enchanted with the T3 version of Shadowflame Wreathe on my Assassination Rogue. I hit the dummy for like 10 minutes and I've never seen two stacks of the DOT on the target. It does seem to apply sometimes when one stack of DOT is already on the target. If that happens, the duration of that initial stack is reset. But does not apply a 2nd stack. Also, when the DOT duration is reset like that, the total value of the DOT on the target remains unchanged; it is not doubled.

Currently the Incantation Table is Azure Span 55.66 30.41

Bought the actual 3star enchant today and was unable to apply it to crafted caster staff with embellishment. Could apply a regular haste enchant to the staff, but not this. Not sure if this is intended but im not even able to test out the enchant because I cant apply it to my weapon. Does anyone know the proc rate, or have any info about the enchant dps value yet?

You have to APPLY it at the Shadowflame Incantation Table as well as create it. It's stupid, but now you know.

Note, the item itself does NOT have the tool tip info, "Requires Dragon Isles Enchanting". So, it's only for enchanters >.<
