Am I the only one who has no idea what they are doing when they are playing cards at this table?

Update March 15th:
- The event duration has been extended by 96 hours, and is now scheduled to end on Friday, March 22.
- For the remainder of the event, the boss portal will open every 30 minutes (was every 60 minutes).
- Players can now collect missing cards by using the Hearthstone Gameboard toy to defeat others in a friendly game. It will continue to drop cards after the event ends.Every 30 minutes, an Ominous Portal with a 5-minute timer will spawn in Valdrakken, Stormwind and Durotar (Orgrimmar). Once the timer finishes, Whizbang will spawn and summon 3 iconic Hearthstone minions - Chillwind Yeti or Boulderfist Ogre, Patches and Dr. Boom.
Defeat them to earn Hearthstone-themed rewards!Its a accountwide Achievment. All Characters from your Battle.Net Account will count do it.
To eliminate the chances to get a wild card drop: The wild cards are Unique (10). So buy them from nearby Shady Dealer till you have 10 of those. 5 cost 20 silver. As they are unique, you wont get more of those as random drop from the bosskill.Stormwind

This toy is BoE! So if you don't care about it, try to sell it ;)
According to a recent hotfix from Blizzard, players can receive the [item=212924]s when they use this toy to win a game against another player. The cards will continue to be obtainable even after the event is over.
There's a PvP exploit people are using this table for. Apparently standing on it makes your toon invisible. Folx will drop this somewhere and just annihilate you unseen.
People are using this to abuse world pvp, they can someone get onto the table and attack you from it while they are invisible to you otherwise.

So does that mean once the event is over these become useless?
This has been fixed. Now it can be placed anywhere in the world. Very nice.
as of 03/20/2024 this has been changed. we're now able to place them anywhere and and anytime.
Just a friendly reminder. This toy and associated achievements (Hearthstone Beginner + Hearthstone Card Collection) are obtainable during the 20 year anniversary event in Tanaris. Behind the storyteller scene, there is a table.
It takes two people and about 1.5 hours of wait time per player (seems like only the winning player gets a card as reward).At first you have zero mana, but after a bit you can place a few tigers. As time progresses and you win, you'll unlock better cards.
(You can start out without any prior experience. You just need two accounts. You wont get any of the fancy mounts from the heartstone event though.)
Yeah that seems like an oversight. Since you would only get this ONCE since the achievement is account-wide. I guess sell it while you can if you really do not care one bit about the toy.
When you earn this achievement, how is the toy delivered to you? Just via mail or is it sent some other way? Because I haven't received a mail yet with the toy, and Altoholic doesn't find it anywhere...
I am able to win just about every game by spamming the common cards.
Important addition to this. I believe you actually get the toy on all active WoW accounts. I run 2 accounts at all times, (one for gameplay, one for AH business) and got the toy on both accounts when I got the achievement. So you can still get the toy for yourself and auction the extra, assuming they don't fix this, of course.
It is in your bags. I either did not get it immediately or did not notice when I first looked right after achieve, but about a min later, I saw it. Probably just didn't see it.
I haven't seen this anywhere either. Looked in all my bags, the mail, my bank.... Nothin'.
Hey guys, ofc you start with no known cards so you only have cheetah. Once you win you get divine shield etc, wich each win another new card to be played.

I know you guys are hard at work on stuff, but can you please have the Hearthstone sound play when a player uses this toy? The sound from the [item=119210] toy.
For now. Good chance they made a mistake, I cannot recall any other achievement item being tradeable, even achievement pets cannot be caged.
I'm hoping the areas stay around, otherwise it wouldn't make much sense. But I have no idea!
Unless they change it to where it'll function after the game. (Maybe in anyplace outside)
I came here hoping to find out how to play. I only see 3 cheetahs on my opponent. When I play my turn, it seems random if something spawns and it's always a cheetah.
If you're using Bagnon you may have to "clean up" your bags to see it.

No it's not lol. You can even have more than one copy of WoW on the same account.
@Origins623523 Having multiple accounts is actually a violation of the terms of service. I'm guessing by now one or both of your accounts has been termed.
