Chief Brigadier Shield

As you probably guessed, there is no way to farm for this item. It's a random world drop that seems to favor The Scarlet Monestery (probably because so many people farm there for low level twinks). Your best bet is to farm for this and the other items in the 'set' is at the the Auction House every time you log in and log off. It is a nice looking 'set'. But because it isn't a real 'set', it's useless to get it all together (except for looking nice). I can surely think of some armor that looks way better to be honest...

Why Doesn't Blizzard consider this a set? Then why name it all the same?
