Protects you from all damage and spells for 8 sec, but reduces all damage you deal by 50%.
Cannot be used on a target with Forbearance. Causes Forbearance for 1 min.
How it works
Casting it triggers a 1.5 sec global cooldown. Its dispel type is client id 1.
Divine Shield is built from 4 client effects, applied in this order:
- Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 79. Its base value is -50.
- Effect 2 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 39.
- Effect 3 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 39.
- Effect 4 is effect type 136, which the datamine does not name.
What it does
Divine Shield is a Holy spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster), a 5 min cooldown and effects that last 8 sec. When cast it applies an aura. The client files the whole spell under the invulnerable mechanic.
Generated from the SpellEffect, SpellMisc, SpellCooldowns and SpellRange records in the MoP Classic client, build 5.5.4.70631. Effects the client marks as internal hooks are left out.
