I could be misunderstanding, but this is a once a year quest? And they put two rare items in it? Super :((((. I guess I'm just a little baffled it wasn't added to the Stolen Present loot. And yes, it's okay for items to be rare, but I'm sure many collectors are going to be sadden by this.
