TheWoWDBThe ghostly essences drop off of the ghost mobs in the courtyard when you first enter SFK. You should have no trouble getting the five you need.
Walden's Talisman drops off of Lord Walden, the fourth boss. You must loot it from his corpse.
The Book of Lost Souls is in the same room as Lord Walden. It is sitting on a chair to the right of the door through which you continue after killing Walden.

The strength, stamina axe has been replaced with a more suitable Intellect one.
"The Alliance shaman quest “Blessing of the Elements” in Stormwind was not providing rewards for all talent specializations. It now rewards either an Agility-based axe for Enhancement shaman, or an Intellect-based axe for Restoration/Elemental shaman."

In recognition of your service, King Wrynn has commissioned the royal armorer to forge a special weapon. The materials for your weapon can only be found in Silverpine Forest's cursed Shadowfang Keep. Travel there and retrieve Lord Walden's talisman, the Book of Lost Souls, and the essence of the ghosts haunting the castle.
