TheWoWDBIf by any chance you close the window on accident, you can just go manually back up to the quest giver and he will give you the quest and end it. Its a long walk but better than not doing it.

I was able to bypass half of the quests, and receive the Pool of Tears just from walking up to Lord Itharius.
Upon completion of this quest chain you get two follow-up quests:
To do The Heart of the Temple, just walk into the instance portal, he is just inside the portal. It does not count for Swamp of Sorrows Quests achievement. It does lead to a few other quests that take place inside the instance.

Description
