After completing the quest, you will get your own Violet Spellwing!
This will propably stop dropping once 8.0.1 pre-patch arrives, so get it while you can!
This quest requires killing the final boss of the raid on heroic to be obtained.
Just as the [item=128422] and [item=104246] before it did did.
Normal and LFR raiders are out of luck sadly.
