Yeah a protection Paladin would make good use of that. Its like a holy shield that is always on and procs even when you don't block.. I know for a fact that I'm collecting them for mine =P
A warrior or Druid tank would also make good use of it, any form of damage, etc, etc.

I'd say that it is incredibly nice for any tank. Any damage done is threat, and any damage that you wont have to do actively is great. Plus the stamina, that goes without saying.

Description
Now that you have gathered all of the Furies cards together into a deck, a ninth card mysteriously appears with the same backing as the first eight. On this card is inscribed, "Return these cards to the Darkmoon Faire and be rewarded." You have heard that the entrance to this faire appears near Mulgore and Goldshire every month.
