Each buff lasts for 30 seconds.

Dementia: Every 5 seconds either gives you Dementia1 or Dementia2 *Druid, Shaman, Priest, Warlock, Mage, Paladin*
Dementia 1: Damage and healing from spells and effects is increased. (5% for 5 secs)
Dementia 2: Damage and healing from spells and effects is reduced. (5% for 5 secs)

Manic: Spell, melee, and ranged haste rating increased by 35. All Classes

As 70 lvl rogue (while farming) i kill at least one mob in 30 secs so i should have 'Power of Madness' all the time. +51 Stamina is really nice for PvP. IMO good trinket.

Try think of this as a bonus. 51 Stamina alone is awesome.

Do these drop on any random mob or dungeon mobs only?
