You can combine the cards to create the Prisms Deck, which will start the quest that takes you to the Darkmoon Faire to receive your trinket. The method to create the card is through the Inscription spell Darkmoon Card of the North http://www.wowhead.com/?item=44318. Each time you cast that spell, you have a random chance to create an Ace through 8 of either the Nobles, Prisms, Undeath or Chaos. Hope that answers your question. Edited fur da gud spellin.

Description
Now that you have gathered all of the Prism cards together into a deck, a ninth card mysteriously appears with the same backing as the first eight. On this card is inscribed, "Return these cards to the Darkmoon Faire and be rewarded." You have heard that the entrance to this faire appears near Mulgore and Goldshire every month.
