Finding Apprentice Osterkilgr:
- Once you enter head straight forward till you see stairs on your right side.
- Go down the stairs, turn left and go to the bottom of the staircase.
- Look to your left (under the stairs) and you should see Apprentice Osterkilgr.
To complete the quest just beat him down to around 40%, then he'll give you the information needed, and you can simply kill him.
He will drop Dr. Terrible's "Building a Better Flesh Giant", which starts the quest The Sum is Greater than the Parts, which you should do before leaving The Underhalls.
Since the Legion pre-expansion patch you can just buy a [item=137663] from Jepetto Joybuzz to easily complete this quest, without performing any frustrating workaround.

Description
Deep in the bowels of The Underhalls to the northeast, a mad scientist known as Dr. Terrible is up to something befitting his name. The doctor has been given dispensation by the Lich King to perform experiments upon the vargul -- the vrykul who fall in battle and are found unworthy, and then turned into Scourge. We must put an end to his work, but my auguries have been unable to find him. He does, however, have an assistant. Beat the information out of his apprentice, and then dispose of the body.
