TheWoWDBi cant find the npc to turn this in. The marker is here but no NPC. anybody else having this issue?

I completed this quest today (3/5/2026) with no problem. The NPC was present and accepted the turn-in, but there was no subsequent quest. I thought this was just a breadcrumb quest to lead us to something more, but it's bugged as of this date (Level 90 Warlock with Pathfinder)

Description
You have been permitted to range about beneath our Goddess' light. But that doesn't mean we trust you out of hand. If you wish to prove yourself a friend to the haranir, make yourself useful in Har'athir. It is there that we make the paints for our murals and watch over the newest roots to seek the Goddess' light.

Yeah same here. Tried relogging, looking for entrances to somewhere underground, etc. No dice. Hopefully they fix it soon. It's just a feeder quest to get you to this area, I think, though so hopefully we are OK just proceeding without it!
