The cannons are up on the hill behind the questgiver.

I'm not sure if it was just a bug for me, but I found that it was hard to see where the cannon was shooting. There's a way to make it slightly easier for yourself if you have this issue:

Down on the ground where the looters are, there's a point where a lot of them converge. Spend a few seconds finding where it is and just try to focus the gun on that point. Then just smash your face into the 1 key until you get all 20 looters - no need to move the cannon at all.

  • Farmers Who FightTiragarde Sound · Level 10-60

I was hoping for a squad of Proudmoore Academy's finest, but I guess you'll have to do. What we lack in manpower we make up for in courage! Even the farmers here won't give up their land without a fight. Send the bravest of them to me.

  • For Kul Tiras!Tiragarde Sound · Level 10-60

Listen, I'll be frank with you; we're not at full strength here. Many of our soldiers recently left for Boralus on new orders. It's like they knew just when to hit us... But we're going to hit back! Every able-bodied man and woman in town has stepped up to mount a defense.
