Heart of Flame

This may seem a bit simplistic but, because I do not see it posted here, I feel the need to tell people that you need to use the staff on the corpse of each boss to get the essences.

The [item=69848] will ONLY drop if you have 250/250 Smouldering Essences.

You can do this in one week if you have more ALTS which are 80lvl+ and can enter Firelands. (this is good if you have no friends :( )

Reason is that you don't need to loot bosses, you just need to use staff to siphon the essence from the corpses.

For example, I did this on my Druid (character on which I'm doing this quest), cleared all bosses on normal and heroic except Ragnaros as he is dropping the Heart of Flame
YOU CAN LOOT IT FROM RAGNAROS IT ONLY IF YOU HAVE ALL 250 ESSENCES

How to do this quest in one week?:

1. 
   
2. Clear all bosses except Ragnaros on normal and heroic difficulty on the char where you have the quest for legendary staff
3. 
   
4. Now, you are saved so you need other lockout where bosses are alive, log in, your ALT and create group in dungeon finder, for example in the custom section
5. 
   
6. Exit game or logout and log back into the char with legendary quest, go to dungeon finder and join the group you created with ALT, then log out or exit game
7. 
   
8. Login to your ALT and accept your character application in dungeon finder, logout and log back in the char with quest
9. 
   
10. Accept the invite from your ALT and again log out and log back in to your ALT, then enter the dungeon on your ALT and log out or exit game.
11. 
    
12. Last login to your char with a quest (in my case it was Druid) and enter the dungeon, all bosses are alive and you can kill them and siphon the corpses
13. 
    
14. After you cleared all bosses, leave the raid on the char with quest do the same with another ALT
15. 
    

Normal mode gave me around 32 essences where heroic gave me 57.
