Go to the allied race embassy in Stormwind, there's a teleporter to mechagon city there.

If you're looking for the port to Mech City, its now BEHIND the embassy in SW - (48,8). All four "ports" for the allied races are behind the embassy (Mole Machine to Shadowforge City, Lightforged Beacon, Rift to Telogrus, and Mechagon City Teleporter).
Gosh, it would have been so easy to just include the trip to the Embassy in the text of the quest, as it is in others!... Especially for those who, for some reason or the other, didn't get to the quest chain that makes you go to Mechagon.
