TheWoWDBAll you have to do is talk to "Trainer Frodrum", AGAIN and choose "I want to choose my Shikaar hunting tactics". A window will pop up and you pick whichever you want. I got lost as well, looking for a map marker. BUT NOPE, just talk to him again when you pick up the quest. (SMH hard.)
